Among hundreds of demonstrator, this guy caught my attention. Covering his face with banner but showing what should not be seen. Taken during the 2nd consultation regarding the Synchronization of the ARMM Election at Marawi City.Should  i shout higher higher or lower lower, which is which???

Roads construction everywhere, a preparation for election this coming 2013??? Everywhere in the Philippines we have this. A route to Cotabato - Davao usually takes 5 hours, now it would take you 7  to 8 hours ride due to heavy traffic a way scheme. LOVE IT OR HATE IT???

Amphibious Excavator is a huge help for Cotabateneos. The purpose of this is to remove silt in tributaries most specially at Rio Grande de Mindanao and help prevent flood. This cost around 41 million pesos and only in the Philippines.
